Psychological Therapy

When life feels overwhelming, therapy can help you find your footing again. I offer specialist psychological therapy using evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help you build emotional resilience, process what’s been painful, and move forward in a way that feels more like you.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, emotional sensitivity, past trauma, or patterns that keep repeating in relationships, therapy is a safe and structured space to untangle things and make sense of what’s going on.
